Cancelling and rescheduling a booked appointment

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made no later than 12 pm on the day before the reservation by calling the office's booking number. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations and appointment rescheduling or missed uncancelled services. The appointment cannot be canceled or rescheduled by e-mail or text message (by replying directly to the appointment confirmation message for example).
